The site is operated by Ben Crook trading as AI Applied (ABN 47 490 142 808) ("AI Applied", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about our services. AI Applied provides AI implementation, automation and related consulting services. The descriptions of services, results, case studies and other information on this site are provided for general information only. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not form a contract. Any engagement for our services is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and us, which sets out the actual scope, fees and terms.

We try to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and you should not rely on it as professional advice for your specific circumstances.

Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if the loss was foreseeable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to AUD 100.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state and the courts that hear appeals from them.
