Why a chat with us beats most AI advice
Three steps. Most small businesses are sorted on a single call, with one or two follow-ups if you want to take an idea further.
We're a Perth-based AI consultancy that works with small businesses around Australia. The kind that runs lean, watches the budget, and doesn't want a 60-page roadmap. We sit with you for an hour, look at where AI actually fits, and put a plain plan on the table.
Practical AI consulting for small businesses around Australia. We work out where AI saves you the most time and money, then put a clear plan on the table.

What does an AI consultant do for a small business?
An AI consultant looks at how you currently run your business and points out where AI tools can save time, money, or both. For a small business that usually means picking one or two high-impact bits, like quoting, scheduling, or customer follow-up, and putting an AI tool around them. It's less about strategy and more about practical wins you can see in the first month.
How much does AI consulting cost in Australia?
For us, the first conversation is free. After that we work on a flat fee or hourly rate that's set up front, so there are no surprises. We're not a big-vendor consultancy with multi-month retainers. Most small business engagements are done in under a week of total time across a few short calls.
How do I prepare my business for AI?
The honest answer: you don't need to prepare the way the marketing makes it sound. The most useful thing is to know where your hours go each week and where the same task gets done twice. Bring that to a first call and we can spot AI opportunities together. You don't need new software, a new team, or a new strategy to get started.
Is AI worth it for a small business?
For most small businesses, yes, when it's pointed at the right job. AI is at a point now where it makes a real difference for things like writing emails, summarising calls, replying to reviews, drafting quotes, and tidying up spreadsheets. It's not worth it for everything. The point of consulting is to tell you which is which for your business.
Do you work with businesses outside Perth?
Yes. We're based in Perth, WA, and we work with small businesses right across Australia. Most of our consulting happens over video calls, so it doesn't matter whether you're in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, or out in a regional town. We've worked with services businesses, trades, professional services, and shop-front owners.
What if I'm not very techy?
That's the whole point. You shouldn't have to be techy to use AI well. We work the way you already work. If you do most of your job in email and a spreadsheet, that's the surface area we plug AI into. Nothing complicated, nothing you can't undo, nothing that needs a developer on the payroll.
Most AI advice is built for big companies with big budgets. Ours isn't. We work the way small businesses already work, with the tools and the people you've already got.
We start with a free 30 minute call. We ask about what you do, where time goes each week, and the bits that frustrate you. By the end we'll have a shortlist of where AI is genuinely useful for you, and where it isn't.
We write up a short plan, in plain language, ranked by what gives you the most back for the least effort. Each item has a rough cost, a rough time to set up, and a clear outcome. You decide what's worth doing and what's not.
If you want a hand putting it in place, we can build it with you. If you want to take it from here on your own, that's fine too. Either way you leave the engagement knowing what AI looks like for your business, written down.
